ATTECA Grenache 2019

ATTECA Garnacha 2019 is a big and bold Spanish red wine from Zaragoza in the Aragon region. This punchy red wine is fruit forward and carries a soft palate, grapes used are from 80-100 year old vines. This wine will age beautifully if given the time.

Atteca Garnacha is derived from centuries-old Aragonese Garnachas that are situated at a significant altitude. It is a fruit-filled wine with a strong concentration of sweet spices, a very pleasant balsamic and mineral background, and a lot of fruit flavor.

The maceration-fermentation is done in stainless steel tanks for 20 or 25 days at a stable temperature of 25 degrees. A great example of a well-worked Garnacha, this red wine is strong and flavorful.

This Spanish red wine pairs really well rice dishes with game and sweet meat, stewed legumes, mushrooms, game and poultry.
