Refunds, returns, and exchanges
If you are unsatisfied with your products we are more than happy to take them back, they must be in their unopened state and cost of returns will need to be covered by yourself. Once the goods have arrived back into our warehouse we will deposit the funds back into the nominated account which they were originally purchased. You have 14 days to make a return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Please note we will not accept a return for damage stock after a period of 7 days has passed from the order marked as delivered.
