Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
- We offer shipping to customers in all Australian states
- Free Local Delivery - On select local orders within a 10km radius.
- Free Interstate Delivery - On select order to NSW, WA, VIC, QLD, TAS, ACT and SA when you spend $200 or more.
- Orders that do not fulfil the above are subject to carrier charges and will be calculated in the cart.
- We only use reputable companies to ship our products and do not use "budget" carriers.
- If you wish to use your own shipping company you can but you will need to contact us directly to organise a shipment and payment via invoice.
Orders containing cases of beer
- Orders that are calculated in cart which contain cases of beer are not subject to free shipping and instead will have fast flat rate shipping attached to them.
- $9.99 per case for VIC
- $12.99 per case for NSW/ACT/TAS/SA
- $19.99 per case for WA/NT/QLD
International Shipping Rates and Estimates
- We offer international shipping to customers within the USA however exclude the following states due to state law (Utah, Massachusetts, Delaware, West Virginia, Rhode Island and Mississippi).
- Please note that any duties or taxes present upon arrival are to be paid by the consumer and Kendricks Familia Imports will not be responsible for any additional costs associated with the importation process once it leaves our factory here in Australia.
What is local delivery?
We offer an in house delivery service that ensures the safety of your products as well as giving peace of mind the order will be delivered in a timely manner. We will always endeavour to contact you before dropping your order to check you are home.
Please note if we do not have your mobile we will send you an email confirming a delivery day and preferred time. In line with what is possible for our driver.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We do not send to P.O boxes as the carriers we use do not provide that service. We recommend shipping products to your work or to a local parcel locker. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
If you are unsatisfied with your products we are more than happy to take them back, they must be in their unopened state and cost of returns will need to be covered by yourself. Once the goods have arrived back into our warehouse we will deposit the funds back into the nominated account which they were originally purchased.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
