Pintia in the 2018 vintage is a wine with an elegant balance, fresh, silky, and at the same time, very precise.

Considered today as one of the greatest wine producers in Spain, Vega Sicilia has existed since the 19th century with the Alvarez family at the helm. Located in the north of Castilla y León, in the wine area of the DO Ribera del Duero and DO Toro, further south in the province. In this Toro appellation, Vega Sicilia produces a very great wine, Pintia, 100% Tinto de Toro whose vines are over 30 years old.
