Monte das Servas Selection Red 2019

Monte das Servas Portuguese red wine is an elegant red wine from the Alentejo region in Portugal. It is made from varieties of grapes such as Aragonêz, Alicante Bouschet, Touriga Nacional, and Trincadeira. 

Ruby in color, it smells intensely of red fruits, flowers, and mild vegetables. This red wine is a great type of Portuguese Red Blend.

Round and balanced on the palate, with soft tannins and a long aftertaste. Red meats, roast beef, and grilled meats pair beautifully with this wine.

Fermentation: After pre-fermentation maceration at a temperature of 8-10ºC, alcohol fermentation takes place in stainless steel wine presses at 26-28ºC.

Wine body: Medium to bold

Tannins: Medium smooth

Sweetness: Dry

Acidity: Soft to medium
