La Provincia Tempranillo 2019
La Provincia 2019 is a full bodied Spanish red wine from Castilla y Leon, aged in wood and an excellent pair for red meat, lamb, rice-based dishes and smoked meats.
This Spanish red wine consists of two famous sorts of grapes, with 55% Tempranillo and 45% Garnacha Tinta grapes, both elite grape varieties used in production of the finest Spanish wine.
La Provincia is naturally fermented in stainless steel tanks at a set temperature. Another method of fermentation employed is malolactic fermentation, when part of the process happens in stainless steel tanks, and the other half in barrels.
As with many premium table wines of the region, the wine is aged in French Oak barrels for a minimum of 4 years.
