Casa Mariol Vermut Negre
Casa Mariol Vermut Negre
Casa Mariol Vermut Negre is a unique and delicious Spanish vermouth. Bitter orange peel, cinchona bark, gentian root, and other herbs and spices are used in its production.
This vermouth spends up to six months in oak barrels, which mellows out the flavor and makes it more approachable. The end result has a sweet undertone and a deep, nuanced flavor.
Wine made from Macabeo grapes that underwent a cool, controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts, and then macerated with various herbs and spices to impart their flavors.
You can smell the thyme and vanilla, with hints of orange peel, cinnamon, licorice, and cloves. The acidity is bright and crisp, and the wine has a full, rich flavor and a robust body, with a hint of caramel bitterness near the finish.
