Berdié Gran Rupestre Cava

Cava Berdie is located in the vineyards of El Penedes. Using only traditional varieties of grape, Berdie produces a whole range of award-winning cavas. Only traditional varieties have been used to make Berdié cava, one of the finest Spanish sparkling wines that you can find.

The traditional process of making cava involves a second fermentation that occurs once the blended wine is placed in the bottle. The wine's signature fizz is created by this method. Cava is aged in underground cellars as the final step in this artisanal process, which gives the wine more depth and complexity.

Its olfactory profile is intense and expressive, fresh and sweet at the same time, with notes of ripe white fruit, Cantaloup melon and hints of tropical fruit. Herbaceous hints of fennel are detected on a very fine background of pastry, nuts, hazelnuts and yeast.
